Bayside Facility

Bayside Landing fee covers all day use of the Pavilion and Outdoor facilities at Bayside.
There is minimal parking at Bayside Landing.
Portable toilets must be sufficient for the number of people expected and placed in the designated area.
Trash removal and general area cleanup is the responsibility of the applicant. Facilities must be returned to their
original state.
All fees should be paid with the application prior to approval. In the event that your application is not approved, all fees will be returned. If you would prefer to pay by check, please make it to "Mathews Land Conservancy" and sent it to P.O. Box 306, Mathews, VA 23109. This may slow down the application process.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Please ensure final approval before advertising your
event.
All Williams Wharf Landing Rules and Guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
This facility is open to the public from sunrise to sunset daily and cannot be closed. Thank you for understanding.
